Quilted Sneakers

**As soon as you register please email us your shoe size in European sizing ie: 38, 39, 40 etc. You must pick up your pattern booklet before class so you can cut your size and have your fabric quilted before the first class day. 

Class communications will be sent via email.  If you do not receive a transaction receipt or other automated emails following enrollment, please verify that our emails are not going to your junk box.  We want to make sure everyone receives all of the information sent regarding class.  Please also consider including your phone number as well as email address when you register, so we have another avenue to attempt to contact you.  SOMETIMES OUR EMAILS ARE NOT RECEIVED BY PARTICIPANTS.  We do not have a way to know this, so it is the responsibility of the student to check in with us in advance of class for relevant information.  Failure by the customer to follow up on class information will not excuse them from the cancellation policy.  

Class cancellation policy:

This class is NON-REFUNDABLE. We have to special order the soles for each student which can not be cancelled.

Should Sew Hip or the instructor need to reschedule the class, we will work with students to find a time that is convenient for all.  If we can't make it work, a full refund will be provided.
